I'm trying to add my website to PlugRush, but I get this error: "the site is already registered". What do I do?

If you buy a website from someone else and the previous owner used PlugRush, the website is already registered in our system, and we have to manually move it to your account.

You must create a ticket and ask us to do this. We will then check if the website has been deleted from the previous owner's account, and in that case we can move it to your account.

If the previous owner hasn't deleted the website from his/her account, we may ask you to prove ownership.
